Abandoned houses here in the U.S., C, are usually in terrible shape compared to this one. In fact, the average price for a place like this, in some of the larger cities, would be somewhere between $150,000 and $200,000. The satellite dish would be a bonus. As for the photo, that gorgeous red tree helps set off the bricks.

I agree with Nik, that house is abandoned?? WOW! I'm originally from Detroit, and there are literary thousands of abandoned homes and most look as those they are going to collapse at any moment.
