This image, taken on June 26th, 2021, shows the Gravensteen seen from the south-east. Gravensteen (Castle of the Counts) is a medieval castle at Ghent, Belgium.

As you can read, by checking-out the first link, the castle originates from 1180, and was restored between 1893 - 1903.

This looks much like the setting of the film adaptation of the Sherlock Holmes short story, ^The Musgrave Ritual^. A castle. A moat. Antiquity. Mystery. Yep, it is all here.
