My local creek, which is sorely in need of an influx of water. Still, I love the colors and shapes of these rocks. Thanks to all who view and comment.

So visually beautiful, Donna. I love the colors and textures of the rocks and there seems to be enough water there to be able to capture the movement of it. Nice to see you and Happy New Year!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

It's cool the way the rocks are different colours on each side of the water. Nice shot.

I could be wrong, but it looks like the water has a thin layer of ice that creates a very good effect. Makes the rocks in the water appear somewhat blurred. It's cool that you can still see through the ice. Very nice and the clarity of the other rocks is perfect, as is the coloring. Good photo Donna.

Tick, it's not ice, it's just blurred water movement as a result of a slow shutter speed.

A great result from the slow shutter Donna - I really like the contrast of smoothness of the water and the strength and ruggedness of the rock - it makes a very appealing image with quite a dreamlike quality.

Glad to get this in the VB...definitely my kinda shot!! Love the earthy colors and the clarity and detail are fantastic. In a perfect world there would have been a bit more water, but there's just enough that you can get a feel for the flow. Nice job!!

Love the image. Love the title. I can just hear Porky Pig saying, "T-t-t-t-hats All Folks". Just rocks and water. Simple. But a a beautifully detailed image. A keeper.
