That "ship structure" has to be a climbing gym for kids. Very cool; looks like fun and a challenge once you get to the top. As for the photo, excellent night image with no discernible noise and the lights on the horizon make for great depth. The only thing I would have suggested would be to clone some of the grass over that small bit blue curb and pavement in the far bottom right. While it is small it's also big enough to be a distraction, and that little bit of adjustment wouldn't have been enough to change this from a photo to a manip (unlike some folks here who manip the hell out of a shot and call it a "photo").
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
The consensus thought here is that your picture is terrific. Tanju, I wish to be included in that group of thinkers. Love the color contrasts and of course your strong composition.
The sculpture resembles a viking ship, but think however that this is a sculpture of a Mediterranean or Turkey galleon. Anyhow a fine subject for this nightly composition. To enjoy this wonderful night shot one has to view the full screen size. Perfectly done again (handheld, 1/15''), Tanju!
