I agree. I like the colour of the light in the alley. It has a red/orange glow to it. Very nice and I hope you enjoyed your dinner also. Thanks for sharing.

Dear friend, please REMEMBER to revisit the place when the vines have green leaves !!!!

At first I thought this was computer generated. Now that I know it's real, you couldn't pay me to walk down it alone. Absolutely fantastic image!!

Funny that katman and all feel it is so scary. The thing was, I had to wait almost 10 minutes because it is an alley that had couples walking down it from this restaurant to that club to that parking lot over there. The downtown Friday night activity was quite heavy and I thought I'd never get a shot without some couple or group of folks walking down the alley.

I am so glad you took this picture! For me, it's such a treat to be able to come to this site and find photos such as this... where the so-called mundane parts of everyday life are captured in a beautiful way. It's like we were walking along and you grabbed my arm and pointed down the alley and said, "Look, isn't that cool looking?"
And it is!

A little bit of green comfort in a very urban surrounding. I'm guessing that was what they were after. Glad you spotted it and took the time to capture and share it.
