So there we were traveling along and starting to get a little hungry. There was a pullout large enough for about 4 cars, so we pulled over, backed into this view, popped the hatch in the back, brought out a couple of sandwiches, crackers, cheese, and a little wine. Then we just sat there in silence and took in this view while we ate. Afterward, I took 7 photos of the view and here they all are stitched together. Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, USA.

When I saw the "sawtooth" effect of the line of mountains, sloping in from both ends, I knew it was the Tetons. I recognize it only because of other images I've seen, and I've studied those because this place is on my bucket list. I believe that lake on the left side has boat tours that will take you across to some trails. You did a good job of stitching the photos but, if you did this in Photoshop, you may want to finish by going to Filter: Lens Correction: Custom: Geometric Distortion, and using that tool to flatten the green horizon line. The slight bowing of your lens shows by the fact that the horizon rises as the eye reaches far left and far right.

Just a thought.

Nik:

I never use Adobe products. Ever. However, one of the main software that I use came out with an update that has lens correction and I forgot that it was one of the new features. So thanks for helping to remember to remember.

Perfect stitch, Ted. I can't see any overlap.
I've already 'offered' you the by 'Nik' suggested 'solution' in my comment of this one, but think that it isn't appropriate for this one, because a non flattened horizon, in this case, emphasizes the charm of your panorama.
