Caught this shot walking out of the Temple Bar district one evening on the way back to the hotel. Although on the surface one might think that it doesn't really show much, it is a pretty good insight into a very common part of Irish culture (no, I'm not talking about the Jameson Irish Whisky cask in the front). As I mentioned in this photograph it is quite common--especially in rural areas--that the pub actually holds down multiple services, usually bar and hardware store, but for some villages even more. Here you can see the hardware portion on the left and the bar portion on the right. Dublin, Ireland.
