Capture this mosaic which is displayed in the downstairs museum of the The Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis. It truly is a beautiful work of art and I'll post the actual shot that's in colour later.
Thought I'd enter this into the current contest "Monochromatic Art Images", let me know what you think please.

This art form takes a massive amount of time to create, and whoever made this one was (or is) a master. Your monochromatic treatment really shows the artist's ability to create shadow and hue. Looking forward to the color version (which you may have already posted--I'm still a little behind after ten days away from my Mac).
