Jen - This is an amazing and beautiful place. Each photo has been a wonderful display of lines and colors. In this one, the sunlit stone at the top almost looks out of place with the other, more muted colors. Thad
That is Really GREAT Jen! I saw a picture similar to that at an art show awhile back. What was realy cool about it, it was like 3'X 4', and it had a foot of frame around it. The photographers wife is a painter, and she extended the photograph into the frame all the way around. It was amazing! And, it was real hard to tell where the photo stopped and the painting took over! Here's the guys site. He's pretty amazing.
Love the smooth flowing redrock sandstone! You are right about the name it's looks like two eyes and a nose..what is below I am not sure what to call it..another southwest fav of mine Jen!
