I captured this dramatic looking sky as the clouds rolled in & the sun began to set on Highway 42 the other night. As you can see not much stands between me & the horizon in eastern South Dakota. Thank you much everyone for viewing & commenting on my posts! I appreciate you all!! Dan

The sky looks as though it's filled with these beautiful clouds. I love the pattern of them and the sun shining through. . There's nothing standing in the way of you and Heaven is there?. Very pretty and relaxing photo.

Dan, this is neat - what a view! That sky color is soft but dramatic and I'll bet standing there on a starry starry night is great, too! I'd joke but there's nothing to clone out!! LMAO!! - Patty

Do they call this Big Sky country? Amazing cloud formations. Great shot!

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

This is really different, almost scary. What are you doing on the wrong side of the road? You from the UK or something? This is the most unusual sunset I have ever seen. it looks like a tornado is about ready to drop out of the back left corner. I'm outa here..

Talk about your wide open spaces ... wow! Great sky Dan ... Dramatic is an understatement. The way that sun looks trying to break through those clouds seems almost apocalyptic. Nice work.
