Mount Desert Island, Maine, USA (Acadia National Park). This is another of the beautiful carriage road bridges, one of sixteen that allow carriages, bikers and hikers to walk on crushed stone roads without automobiles. This bridge spans a walking path, the park loop auto road, and a stream. Post-photo work included HDR. Enjoy! Critique is welcomed.

From the angle of this shot, you were driving on the wrong side of the road like Owd Bob And Biffo do, or... you stopped the car and went around the back and took the shot, or...you took it out the rear window, which I seriously doubt. Of course, there could be some other scenario, but I don't feel like thinking any more right now. LOL. Beautiful any way you look at it.

I love the natural look, not overdone with the HDR. Good angle also.

That's quite the all-purpose bridge in your photo, Thad. A nicely composed scene with wonderful colours and lighting. Nice post-photo work.

Refering to Jimbob's comment: think this one is taken while you were hanging in the sling of a chopper, lol.
Great photo Thad, with a relaxing atmosphere. Like it a lot!

Triple the arcs! Love the shot of this. Were you up in a tree to get this type of angle or are you just that tall?

Very nice view of the bridge with the intermingled sunshine and shadows, Thad. Also the bright green trees surrounding it make this a lovely image.

Thad, I know this is going to sound a little crazy, but I really like the gentle clarity of the shot. Is that even a term? But, it is there, and (even if it is wrongly described) you did it very well.
