This is a little waterfall in the park in my home town. This area is commonly known as "The Stepping Stones" because people usually tend to walk across them to cross the creek. Comment,Favorite, Enjoy!!!!!
Nice subject matter but your focus is rather soft and there's some washing going on in the far left. If this is your home town then I'd guess you can visit the spot whenever you wish. That said, I would recommend you wait for a day that is partly sunny or even less sunny, and return to shoot it again, this time a closer shot from the right end of the falls in this photo, looking across the falls instead of a broadside like this one. That would keep the sun behind you and give you muted light from a partial cloud cover, rather than harsh as it is here. Here the contrast is too strong and your shadows are filled. Shoot a horizontal format like you have here but capturing the upstream water on one side and the downstream water on the other. Take several shots placing the stepping stones and little stone dam in different position across the horizontal frame, 1/3 to the left, in the middle, and 1/3 to the right, allowing you to pick and choose the best one later. Use a tripod and a delay timer on your camera so that the focus is sharp. If your camera allows you to configure shutter speed, shoot several images using a range of speeds between 800 and 2 seconds, giving you a choice of hard-edged water drops and milky-smooth flow. And lastly, submit an image larger than 820x615. This size is too small for most monitor use. If this is a phone photo, stop. Use a camera. Cameras on phones are only a convenience and not for serious photography. Good luck.
