Oh, man, these are just getting better and better. You've gotten very good control over the contrast between the strong shadows of the trees at the bottom and the distant light and hazy mountains. Plus I'm not seeing any of that annoying yellow in the sky that I have a hard time keeping out of my mountain shots. Everything is sharp except where it's not supposed to be (the far-off mountain tops), and the color is exceptional. If anyone complains that it doesn't follow the rule of thirds just say "Phhhttttt!" 'cause sometimes one has to go against the grain to create something special. I am definitely keeping a copy of this one for my favorites file, thanks, Roland. The best one of the day and just now nominated.
