Wow, bare shoulders... pretty risque for the end of the 19th century, Rob. I'm guessing she was either an actress or this was a completely private sitting for a portrait. Not necessarily a print to be framed and hung on the parlor wall for guests to gape over.

Compliments for you again Rob, this time for enhancing the natural beauty of miss Allie Danish. I just used 'natural' because in that time there weren't the possibilities to enhance the beauty in an artificial way like now.
