this.... isn't easy... the weather has to cooperate with the tide and the light and then the photographer has to have the correct lens for the occasion and arrive just at the right time (the tide again)... and well you know, I'm sure... (taken at Dennis, Cape Cod...

Now this is a outstanding action shot, your fast shutter speed catching the frenzied splat of the water perfectly. The unperturbed gulls are a bonus.
I see by your bio you just joined us here at Caedes. Welcome to the asylum; your shirt will be ready next Wednesday (the one with the 7-foot sleeves and buckles for cufflinks). Garbage day is Fridays; we'll let you know when it's your turn. I'm hoping your marinara is better than Wendy's; hers missed the trash can last week and a dog ate it and died. If you want to know the best places to eat around here, just ask Paul; when you meet Paul, you'll know why.
