At the Sylvan Heights Bird Park, this hawk was looking through the fence at the strangers looking at him. It was not in a cage that visitors can walk through along with the birds.

I see by the look in its eyes that this hawk is longing for its freedom.

This hawk does have the look of 'let me out'. As noted above, perhaps a rescue that when rehabilitated can be returned to the wild.
