Ted, I don't know your wife, but by judging this very fine photograph my conclusion is that she undoubtedly must be very creative. My compliments for both. She because of her artwork and you for the very original presented photograph.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

Last year my wife and granddaughters built a fantasy rock garden out front--a little one--and they painted some parts of all the rocks in there. The girls live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and have constant access to random seashells, but I never see them do anything like this. Methinks I should steal a copy of your very cool shot and send it to them for inspiration. Thanks, Ted.
