Took this one this evening at Center Lake also. I want to thank you for taking the time to comment and it is much appreciated. I might not be able to reply to each and everyone of you. I hope you understand. sandi ♪ ♫
Excellent job, Sandi. I just am in love with the reflection in the water. You see so many beautiful things and then are able to translate that beauty to all of us..You're one talented lady!! Saved, on my desktop and burned in my memory :)
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
I'm not surprised you captured another gorgeous piece...I like this one alot as well due to the blues and the contrast is amazing! What a great shot :)
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Love this, too, though I think I like the other one better. What's nice about this is the color reflected in the water. I might have cropped a little off the right side.

Absolutly one of the best sunsettings i have ever seen, what a view !!! Awesome just awesome.... The dark right side does bring out the best for the left and lighter part of the image. Great work Sandi !
When I first saw the thumbnail of this, I passed it over, but just came across it again in the Voting Booth, and was really struck by what an incredible picture it really is. Sorry I missed it the first time...but glad I caught it in the end! Very well done!
You captured the peaceful atmosphere of the place. I will not be original, I would like to be there with you to see the sunset with my own eyes. Great work.
A simple composition, yes, but that reflection pushes it beyond simplicity. I'm always fascinated by the way a reflection in dark water can look so different from the original with a backlit sky. Nik
