The middle lens of his eyes are pointed right at you (not actually how they work but...), making it look like he's seeing you move in with your camera and he's thinking "Not paparazzi, again?"

If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.

These guys are so hard to find and not all that cooperative in posing. I bought a handful of mantid egg cases this year and watched many dozen scatter throughout the garden, but I've only seen one or two adult sized. They just blend so well with the background that they're like lethal ghosts. Always ready for a meal.
