Just wanted to let you know I had my surgery and it went very well. My surgeon I was told is very renowned/respected in this area. He brought robotic surgery to the hospital I had my surgery at, and teaches other doctors the process. He Is not afraid to share his knowledge. I'm very limited on what I can do, and there will be no lifting heavy camera, and lens for awhile, and no driving.

Thanks for the pm's some of you sent, and I appreciate your comments, thank you!

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

An excellent capture! Just rest and get well and leave the heavy lifting to someone else.

He looks like he is watching over you Sandi. Telling you take it easy and keep getting better. At least you can look out your window and be entertained by all these animals.

Good to hear your surgery was successful, Tigz. Stay in and let the birds and critters come to you.
I think it is glad to see you. Good shot.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I'm so sincerely glad that things went well! Please take good care of yourself as you recover. I hope that you have lots of help to support you, take lots of snuggly cat naps with Miss Bella, and have the pleasure of a whole host of furred and feathered funny friends visit your window to bring you smiles.

Composition here is absolutely perfect. Glad to hear your surgery went well, that is a relief. I believe the wonderful creatures that you photograph, have the ability to help us heal, it is such a complete joy to view them. I imagine that your window has the reputation as the best place to visit for these creatures.

Using a short DOF, placing his face, claws of his right paw, and the large branch on his right on the same plane is the perfect way to approach this capture. I'm even seeing his breath condensed into tiny droplets on his whiskers. No one can beat your technical skills, Sandi.

He's looking for his hand out, but you are to be very careful and take care of yourself, that's more important - glad things went well
