That water is really tearing along and you captured it well with delayed exposure. It make a beautiful sight !

Is what is happening here like what turns the water gold at Tahquamenon Falls in the upper falls of Michigan? There, trees upstream dump a resin in the water that accounts for the color. I really like the depths of the dark and gold water just as it pours into the foam.
