It appears to be of mixed breeding, and that would include a border collie. If that is do, he would definitely enjoy wading in water; all my borders certainly did. The U.P., eh? So that could be one of three different Great Lakes: Superior, Huron, or Michigan. Loved visiting all three in 2001, but not so much the pasty.
