One from my recent trip to Lundington, Michigan. We had great weather, and I really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for your comments.

this scene looks familiar to me having been in that area previously - good capture of the lake on a calm day.

Sandi, to me this scene of a sailboat leaving or entering the harbor piers is a wonderful one. The exuded mood by the wideness of the calm waters (room to breathe) has struck me.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I am going to have to Google Lundington.

Mmmm.

Mmmm.

Nope. Dang. The closest we were to Lundington was Mackinaw City or Chicago. Your submission, Sandi, definitely makes it look enticing. It reminds me a bit of looking across Chequamegon Bay at Ashland, WI.
