Took this shot from 6 stories up from my balcony looking north. The trees in the foreground are about a block away from me on the far edge of the college property. Beyond is a little church and lots of colorful trees.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

When I was chasing a degree in fine art, if I had been sitting at my easel and found I had this many colors in my palette (I used foam egg cartons back then), it would have been a sign of a successful painting in progress. As an artist for five decades, there is a good reason that that this is my favorite season.

The autumn colors are looking good in your area Kathy - I can't say the same where I live - not a good autumn showing this year - too many variables occurred in nature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
