What else for the first foofy Friday of spring! I'll probably start looking for mine by the end of next week but we have a cold weekend and week upcoming and the dreaded word sn-- has even been mentioned!

The finite details here are impressive. I never looked closely at the center of a pansy, not expecting to see what looks like a three-sided mouth full of tiny teeth. Which gives me a new-found respect for this small but capable flower (surprisingly the colors are not blue and yellow, since it shares those attributes with the poor country of Ukraine).
