I always associate delphiniums and larkspur with July - so thought I should get this posted while July was still here. I will admit I'm always drawn to blue flowers.
Kathy, I'm not drawn to a flower of a specific color. Their variety in color, shape and their ability to spread fragrant scents is a miracle in itself for me. However, if someone has a specific choice for a certain color of a flower or flower variety, I completely understand. A beautiful flower photograph again, this time of a Delphinium. Very well done!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

I especially like the composition on this, the vertical image, and the angle. It is presented perfectly to appreciate the beauty of this divine flower. Bravo....
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
My mother-in-law*s favorite color. A good nudge-reminder for me to go out in the countryside to pick some for her. She is 86 but this is the color of the 17-year-old eyes she sees the world through (they are the eyes she was born with and she is still as delightful as she was at 27).
