Nikoneer: Electric mushrooms? What would Alice and the Caterpillar think of this? Then again, he looks pretty wacked in this image, probably from what he's smoking, and either wouldn't notice or would think it was a hallucination. I like the change in clarity from the foremost light to the light-lined parliament building in the background. A little noise but not too much to be a problem. I think this one's going to place. Nice work and good luck.
