3rd place
blowing in the wind by JQ

twinkel: Congratulations :o)

tee: This is indeed wonderful, Jan. Perfect lighting and detail. The one thing I would say is that I think a bit less of the human element in the image and a bit more of the drifting seeds would have balanced the image a bit better. Does that mean it's still not wonderful? UH UH - it's great! Excellent and creative work, my friend -

Eye Effect! by Con_

Con_: Done! But stickin' with the original. By reducing the size of the dark area, the line of horizon becomes too centered (it doesn't bother me but will others!). I had cropped from the top to 2000 as 3200x2000 is perfect for 1680x1050 monitors. I do like that it then fills my screen but both please my eye!... that's my story and I'm stickin' to it! :o) Thanks for trying, Els! Oh... I will be using the cropped version for my viewing pleasure! :o)

Edit: Oops! I forgot to close the >. I could correct it here... but not in my PM. :o)

5th place
Rainbow Sunset_Sundown by tigger3

icedancer: What a wonderful capture and love those rich colours, amazing. Looking forward to seeing more

marcaribe: Neat how the dark brooding clouds are moving acros pushing out the last rays of red in the sky.
Very dramatic effect Sandi!
