Con_: I would hope size or pixel count is not even to be taken into consideration of whether a picture is a winner or an also ran in the BW contest. When an image speaks to me, I surround it with love after re-sizing the canvas so that it fills my screen. And if I can't succeed at my task... at least I cared enough to try... like I did for this image!

coram9: Love it. The slight angle to the front adds to the effect. Nice contrast to enhance the textures. The slight lighting on the roof lifts the scene and adds a little hopefulness to it as well as giving a second point of reference to the doorway. Faved
