3rd place
Transparency by danmus

krt: Congratulations on gaining third place, a very good result against stiff competition.

Mythmaker: So much to like about this. The two tone effect, the geometry, the translucent quality you've created so that a great concrete building feels light and airy even in the dark. The quality of complexity without loosing that clean open feel, pretty clever really. One downside, with a shot where the lines and the geometry are so fundamental the slight lack of both vertical and horizontal lines being square to the viewer, and thus parallel with the edges of the image is a bit of an impact diluting element for me. Easy enough to change as the lines are close to square, not much distortion required to make it look undistorted. :)

mesmerized: Congratulations, David!

LakeMichigan: Great photo.

krt: Well done on gaining fourth place, David. A great result for an imaginative image.

LynEve: Exceptional photo David.
That stare is actually quite unnerving.

Marzena: The model bears some resemblance to SOB = our Bob ... [SOB=Soddy Owd Bob - I am explaining for the last time ! HOWGH]
Also very handsome ... LOL

5th place
The Corridor by casechaser

ovar2008: Fabulous work.

rvdb: Congratulations on fifth place John.

Joanie: I like the lighting and shadows!!! A work place? Superb shot John! Buts its not a frac...lol

LynEve: Very well taken John - I like the lack of detail in the figures as it makes them appear part of the scene/architecture. Their random placement balances the image very well.
