Have not heard of a Johnny Jump Up before :) It looks like a tiny white violet or pansy. -

As far as the noise, you're right, I didn't notice it before. I think it got introduced in the HDR processing. I used Zoner Photo Studio to clean up the noise a bit, you can see the result here...
