For me this image is so quiet and peaceful - a real joy to see.

sharonva: Growing up in Oregon, I have been to Crater Lake many times...and it is always beautiful. Your picture does credit to the peace and joy here...that a fiery volcano has been (temporarily, we all know) replaced by a beautiful lake. It has been over 30 years since I last saw it...and I am struck by how high the waterline is now.
