When I try to resize my photos to 1600x1200 they always come out as 1600x1067; which works fine for uploading to Caedes too. My question is if I want to add a border to the photo to make up the difference I cant seem to get it to work in Irfanview. I figured I substract 1067 from 1200 which leaves 133. I split that amount in half & added that much to the top & bottom but then it screws up the other size. Any suggestions as to where I'm going wrong??
