Could we create a means of blocking certain individuals from seeing a certain individuals work, their presence on the site, and the ability to comment on works and profile pages, etc

If the site chooses to not get involved in personal disputes\personality conflicts, etc .. for whatever reason .. then you leave an individual NO RECOURSE but to leave the site .. due to the childish attacks of someone who knows they can't be reached

and .. could we make creating an ALT name for the means of circumventing this measure and continued harassment grounds for BANISHMENT
