As many of you know, I was diagnosed last year with cervical cancer. I am happy to say (cautiously) that I am in remission. On May 5th, I will be participating in a walk-a-thon here in Fresno to raise money for the American Cancer Society. I am seeking sponsors. If you would like to sponsor me, please PM me and I will give you my paypal info so I can cut a check to ACS. I will be happy to wear a ribbon for anyone who sponsors me, of the name of someone either lost to cancer or who has survived the battle...please include the name in you PM to me. I will happily take pix as proof that my fat @ss is doing the walk-a-thon, and that this is not a get rich quick scam. I would love to do the walk with the backing of my Caedes family, and show that cancer is something that unites us all, even cyber-families from all over the globe.
If anyone is good at photoshop, please make me an image that says Caedes supports ACS (and the web address) or something like that, so that I can scan it to an iron-on and wear it as a tee-shirt.
