Hey, this is really offtopic! :D Does anyone know how to do a program that captures video from a webcam? From that does anyone know how to stream it to http? :D

I'm doing a cam portal on one of my site and want a program that my viewers can download and host there cam on my site... If no one has no idea how to do such a program can anyone find a free webcam program that streams video via http (ftp would take too much bandwight and CPU)...
