Just a new thread idea, lately I've been surrounded by people who are vein-poppingly close to having a stress-related heart attack. They may have had a bad day, they might be surrounded by people who just don't seem to see their point of view, or they may just feel like headbutting a wall.
The idea of this thread - say whatever you want. Let it all out. If you want to scream at someone, go ahead. If you feel like punching a wall but don't want to ruin the paintwork, punch an e-wall. Have a good rant, plot evil schemes to get back at somebody who deserves it, even just go AAAAAAAARGH!!! in capitals.
With all this stress release, you can stay calmer in day to day life. Well, hopefully.
