Well, it’s the last Sunday before Advent so time to make your Christmas Puddings for all of you that have forgotten to plan on making them and/or intended to nip down to the store at the last minute to get a shop bought one instead (shame on you). They are very easy to make and taste much better made fresh so give it a go. Just avoid one of the serving suggestions I saw on the news this morning of slicing them up and pan frying it with sausage, bacon and egg which sounds a foul combination but each to their own I guess.
