Okay now. I read the rules for Portraits about how they can't be Snapshots. So I'm thinking, "Gee, it'd be nice to have a Portrait shot on here". So I look on my computer for one, and hey, what do you know, there's a Portrait-like picture. Here it is:
Then the picture gets denied access, and a story of how it isn't background-material. It's a Portrait picture. No Portrait picture is background-material. I don't put all of those strangers as my background. That's nuts.
And the only reason it got denied was because I'm holding a fish! It's something I like to do, something that's interesting, and it's a good photograph. A portrait! If I was holding some expensive SLR camera, there would have been nothing wrong with it.
