As I've scanned the site, I've noticed that there are a ton of images that have been downloaded hundreds of times, and only have a few comments to show for it. So, I think that there should be a rule about it, something along the lines of "for every five images you download, you have to comment once". Well, maybe not those exact numbers, but you get the drift.
