How do I get my Desktop Images on this site?

I was wondering if and how I could get my stuff put on this site, I make Desktops for my clan (XeN) and they are really nice, so I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get my work up here. If I can do I also get my sites link by them for ad purposes?
