I have recently had an email from Best of Artists and Kennedy Publishing saying how I have been juried into their wonderful book. However, I still need to pay $45 to enter the contest but I do get a book (I think, or I have to pay another $42 for the pleasure). It looks like a competition but has the feel of a scam along the lines of photo laureates. If it isn't I apologise. Anyone else seen this?

I do not intend to take up their offer.
