Please excuse me for posting this here But I am not able to post or access the Copyright Issues message board.
I have arrived here because there is a Face Book page using a image by nmsmith who is an artist here. I have read through nmsmith's copyright and it states that no images may be used for public non-profit organisation logo's which if you look here http://www.facebook.com/pages/ONE-LOVE-ONE-HEART-ONE-VISION-/170453996558 there is nmsmith's image being used without permission.
I have checked through the Face Book's image there and it does say who the image is by, But in nmsmith's copyright it states that images can not be used in this way.
I have looked through this site here to try an contact nmsmith but I do not see ANY way to contact him or even this site itself to say there is a copyright infringement.
