A few weeks back I saw an image that I really liked. Unfortunately I wasn't at home so I couldn't download it. I THINK it was by Digital Angel, also known as Bethany. but when I looked at her gallery it wasn't there. and now I'm confused.

If anyone can help. The image was of a girl looking at the camera and her features have been dulled but her eyes have been manipulated to look very bright and blue.
