Caedes Slow!

Is it just my computer, or does anyone else have problems with their pages clicking over!

When I either comment or post!..seems to take ages opening on a new page...sometimes a notices comes up saying 'Reload Caedes.net'

It is only with this site I have the problem with...other's are no bother!
