On various images, "Another Pretty Bird" by Frank, just now for example, I've been getting a box appearing with red letters saying Art Council. When you click on it, you are given the option of the image being included for the Art Council (whatever that is).

But when you make the selection, an error page comes up.

I checked another photo Icedancer's "Fall Colours" #2 and it just happened on hers right now, as well.

It only occurs on new images that I have not viewed yet. Once I've viewed them and go back, the button is gone.
