Do you ever meet some really bright, young members who inspire you towards excellence and almost give you more comments and messages than you can handle? Even if they seem pesky at some limited times, they actually keep you coming back more often than you would without them. I have been looking at my profile page (the long version) and going through some old personal messages, and whenever I click on their link, their profile deleted with only a "0" for the age category remaining. It is sad for me to see these people not having even logged on for several months.

If you think you might fall into this soon, don't leave! For the rest of us, what could we do to continue to encourage them instead of allowing them to drift? I send an occasional email if they bother to leave their email address posted, but couldn't we help it before they close up shop?
