I like ObjectDock...its like the mac toolbar they all have. I use it, b/c it works so well! (and looks good too) Its free from www.stardock.com/products/objectdoc i think is the site.

Ne1 else know anygood ones?...just wondering b/c my newest program is..let me check.."Universe" which doesnt do anything. And right b4 that is firefox, which im starting to love.
