In this shot of the Nesting Series It's Survival of the Fittest. While Moms looking away one chick says to the other, let's get rid of the runt and there will be more food for us. Then they proceeded to do just that. They pecked at him continously until he fell out of the nest. Didn't take long for a neighborhood gator to have him for a snack.
