This is a small stone bridge that serves to lock the river Vannes, the Marle, it is possible to access this fortified gate. It is open between 1678 and 1680 by Cosnier at the time of the beautification of the city. In the eighteenth century, the arcade was broken to widen the passage. A small niche is placed above the door and welcomes a copy of a polychrome wooden statue of the Virgin seventeenth century. The original is filed in the Mob Museum.
